Terms of Service!

  • first & foremost, i can only accept payment via venmo or paypal!

  • i have the right to decline a commission & am not required to give you an explanation as to why i rejected your request - i'm sorry if this offends you but if you really want someone to bring your idea or oc to life there are plenty of other artists who would be happy to be commissioned by you.

  • this isn't a requirement but highly recommended - please have references ready!! whether it be a picture of a pose you'd like your character in or a crude drawing of a scene, anything & everything helps me to bring your concept to life!

  • commissions are for personal use only! i don't want deal with the hassle that comes with figuring out commercial use terms :')

  • in addition to the above statement, your piece may be used as an example for other potential commissioners; if you'd rather not have your work used please let me know!

  • i will send you a traditional sketch before moving onto digital lineart/coloring - i'll a revise a piece up to three times during the sketching phase! i won't change anything after that aside from some minor coloring adjustments or other minute changes.

  • payment isn't required until a sketch you're happy with is sent! i'll send you a watermarked version for proof, & once the payment is sent i will continue with the piece!

  • refunds will not be issued once a piece is finished!! i can give full refunds for sketches & partial refunds for unfinished digital art however-
